Perfect homemade cranberry sauce recipe that just takes four minutes to prepare! Utilize fresh or frozen cranberries. Quick, easy, and very good.
The simple cranberry sauce again. It only requires 4 minutes in the IP and 20 to 30 minutes of natural release.
The sauce has the ideal consistency, is sweet and tangy, and may be stored in the refrigerator for 5-7 days in an airtight container. Make-ahead, speedy, and easy. You may already check that item off your list for Thanksgiving!
yield: 3 CUPS 50 minutes total: 45 minutes preparation, 5 minutes cooking.
INGREDIENTS
2 (12-ounce) containers of cranberries, either fresh or frozen
Brown sugar and half a cup of sugar
freshly squeezed orange juice in a half-cup
1 3-inch cinnamon stick and 2 3-inch slices of orange zest
1/4 teaspoon of crushed cloves
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS
In a 6-qt Instant Pot, put the cranberries, sugars, orange juice, orange zest, cinnamon, and cloves. Stir thoroughly to mix.
Make the setting manual, raise the pressure to high, and set the timer for 4 minutes. After cooking is complete, allow the pressure to naturally release as specified by the manufacturer, which should take 20 to 30 minutes.

Allow to totally cool.
The holiday party season is soon approaching. After Halloween, there are gatherings for Thanksgiving and Friendsgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Eve. There is a boom-boom-boom-boom sound! I decided to start out by providing you with some party food ammunition. The most straightforward Christmas snack is definitely this cranberry cream cheese dip. Any party you bring it to will result in consumption.
WHAT IS IN CHEESE DIP WITH CRANBERRY CREAM?
It's really easy. It's really easy. Only handmade cranberry sauce (cranberries, sugar, water, salt) with cream cheese and green onion. Furthermore, I beg you not to omit the green onion. The delicious onion flavor completes the dip well!
SERVING SUGGESTIONS FOR CRANBERRY CREAM CHEESE DIP
The combination of savory, sweet, tangy, and salty in this incredibly easy recipe makes it impossible to resist. Both salty crackers and sweet apple slices go nicely with this savory and sweet cranberry cream cheese dip. To build a little stack of crackers, apples, sharp cheddar, and cranberries, it might even be a good idea to add a few slices of sharp cheese to that tray.
CAN I PREPARE THIS?
Absolutely! You can prepare the cranberry sauce up to two days ahead of time because it stores well in the refrigerator. Then, just put the dip together before the gathering, and you're ready to go.
CAN I USE CRANBERRY SAUCE FROM A CANNED?
Although it is technically possible, I find that bottled sauces have a much more subdued flavor and occasionally even taste a little metallic. Making fresh cranberry sauce is recommended for the best outcomes because it actually takes less than ten minutes to do so.
CHANGES TO THE THEME
This Cranberry Cream Cheese Dip comes in a variety of flavors, as I said in the introduction. These are my favorites:
If you want it to resemble a mixture of pepper jelly and cranberry sauce, add jalapenos (the option shown in the illustration below).
Crushed pecans or walnuts can be added on top of the dip after making a traditional cranberry sauce (with or without orange).
Switch out the cheese. The least expensive option is cream cheese, but you can also use baked brie or chevre (goat cheese) to make this dip.

1 jalapeo ($0.15), optional.
Salt, 1/8 tsp ($0.02)

INSTRUCTIONS
The cranberries should be rinsed before being added to a small saucepot along with the sugar, water, and salt.
If using a jalapeo, cut the stem off, then slice the pepper lengthwise. After scraping out the seeds (or leaving some in if you like your food extra spicy), dice the pepper finely. To the sauce pot, add the diced pepper.
Place the pot over medium-high heat with the lid on and give it one more stir. Allow the water in the kettle to boil. Give it a good stir, reduce the heat to medium-low, and let it simmer uncovered for 5 minutes after it comes to a boil.
The cranberries should have all burst open and produced a rich sauce after 5 minutes of boiling. the heat on.
Even though it takes the least time to prepare, everyone always adores this cocktail. Perfect for a chilly winter evening spent in front of the fire, or prepare this in bulk for your holiday party. Additionally, this will use up any leftover cranberry sauce from the fridge!
This cocktail is, to put it briefly, sweet, spicy, and everything lovely.
So corny, yet somewhat of accurate. Cranberry sauce is used to make the drink's basis. After the turkey meal on Thursday, I anticipated that many people would have cranberry sauce in their refrigerators today. Do you? Every time I make a new batch, I personally usually have a ton of leftovers, so this year I'm using up the leftovers with this cocktail. You can easily substitute cranberry jam if you don't have any cranberry sauce on hand.
Next, fresh lime, grapefruit, and silver tequila juices are added to the cranberry sauce. I mix everything together by simply stirring it all in the bottom of a cocktail glass. Add a splash of ginger beer, my preferred cocktail mixer, to the top of each beverage.
I adore adding sugared cranberries as a final touch for a sweet and festive touch. They are completely optional but they give each drink a lovely "sparkle". Instead of just sugar, I use maple syrup when I make mine. These festive cranberries are incredibly simple to make and have a fantastic flavor thanks to the maple syrup.
What makes this drink the best? Even though it simply takes a few minutes to make, the dark red hue makes it always look extra beautiful and stunning. This Christmas break, I'm already preparing to create the pitcher version. Since we spent Thanksgiving away, my family did not receive any Thanksgiving beverages. I'll be serving these Palomas around Christmas to make up for it. My "must make again" list includes this beverage without a doubt.
It tastes good.
